Planting Seeds

Yadira is a teacher in the small rural town of Cabeza del Toro. She is one of those teachers that changes the course of peoples lives because her work goes beyond curriculum. She says that she plants seeds to cultivate love, confidence, and hope in her students. That attention gives them the chance to believe in themselves, in their ability to be something more and overcome generations of poverty.

Now that Cabeza del Toro has clean water, there’s one less barrier in their way.
