IMPACT LEADERSHIP TRAINING

During this three-month training, 30 selected high school students are mentored by local leaders to learn how to affect positive change in the community through different impact pathways. Upon graduation from the program, students present their own innovative solutions using their chosen in front of a panel of judges. Nothing is going to prepare you for a future of impact like this!

Hear from people who’ve made environmental science their full time job.

Follow a National Geographic Explorer into an iconic Florida ecosystem and learn how to tell stories that promote conservation.

Visit a local regenerative farm that is feeding our community and healing the environment at the same time.
Learn how to turn sustainability into a great business.

Learn how decisions that effect the environment get made and how you can influence those decisions.
Visit a local decision maker to advocate for clean water policy.

Shadow people who’ve made service their job. Learn from nonprofit leaders and educators whose programs are transforming our community for the better.
Explore rewarding careers full of purpose and impact through Saturday morning field excursions
Meet other passionate high school students
Participate in overnight expeditions*
Develop professional skills like public speaking, networking, and pitching
Receive a Certificate of Service Leadership upon graduation
Earn 75 community service hours
** Selected students must be able to commit to attending multiple meetings and Saturday morning field excursions.
