Albert Perez is the founder of LIFO Missions, a nonprofit that has constructed rural water projects in the Dominican Republic since 1985. Albert encouraged the BLUE Missions founders to expand on LIFO’s mission through engaging the youth and has been instrumental in guiding and supporting BLUE Missions from the beginning. He is also the owner of Continental Fresh, an international importer of produce.
Danny Rodriguez Co-Founded BLUE Missions at 19 years old in 2010 after traveling to serve abroad with LIFO Missions. He graduated with a BA in International Business from FIU and went on to pursue BLUE Missions full time in 2015. He is dedicated to the growth of the organization’s impact and reach in order to connect more people with purpose.
Linda C. Frazier is Chief Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel and Vice President of TripAdvisor, Inc. As a senior legal leader with 20 years of broad experience providing counsel to senior executives and Boards of Directors of companies operating in an array of industries, Linda is adept at aligning legal strategy with business goals and building collaborative business-focused teams. Linda currently serves as Secretary for The TripAdvisor Foundation, TripAdvisor’s global philanthropic arm
Yadira Santana Dowling is a Director of Strategy, well versed in the areas of branding and strategic communications, having led strategies for almost 20 years for clients such as: AARP, The Lincoln Motor Company, Dunkin’ Donuts, Walgreens, SCJohnson, Verizon & Buick. Winning awards and recognition for her work, she has provided expert analysis and consultation for various national and global brands. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships between brands and people, and has extensive expertise in the US Hispanic and Urban markets.

Omar Barrera is a financial services professional who specializes in Life Insurance and Benefits. Omar’s goals for BLUE Missions include increasing awareness, motivating his circle of friends and family to participate in a mission trip, and helping the organization reach multiple generations of volunteers and supporters.
Peter Schoenthal serves as Chief Executive Officer at Athliance, an NIL disclosure and education software company. As a University of Miami School of Law graduate, Peter has managed criminal defense, commercial litigation, business litigation, contract disputes, and other legal cases. Recently, Peter was named a two-time recipient of Super Lawyer’s Magazine “Rising Star, “awarded to the top lawyers in a given state under 40.
Michael Barroso currently oversees Business Development & Intelligence for Loud And Live (an entertainment, marketing and content development company) working alongside brands like McDonald’s, Walmart, Amazon, ViX, Pepsi, Nestlé and Sony Music Latin among others. Previously, he formed part of the Corporate & Community Affairs team at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and spearheaded a series of U.S. Hispanic public awareness campaigns including Voter Registration, Get Out to Vote, and the Census. He also led the company's partnerships with various Latino advocacy organizations. Michael has proudly served BLUE Missions from its inception being part of its inaugural trip in 2010.

Jose Manuel Diaz is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Compass Office Solutions. Jose is an active investor in the South Florida Community through his participation as Trustee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Beacon Council, FIU Presidents Council, FIU School of Business Alumni Advisory Council, and various business leadership organizations.
Nicole Diaz was the US Program Director at BLUE Missions who focused on coordinating the logistics of our international programs, including our service trips and adventure treks. After joining BLUE to build its first water project in 2011, she knew she had found her passion and wanted to continue to get involved with the organization which led her to join the board of directors. As a board member and employee, she has the unique perspective and goal to help accomplish the strategy and objectives set every year by the organization while making sure that we stay true to our mission, vision, values, and culture.
Alex Dominguez, State Director for Corporate External and Legislative Affairs for AT&T, is responsible for AT&T's corporate engagement and governmental advocacy efforts with state and local elected leaders, non-profit organizations, chambers of commerce and other business groups throughout the State of Florida. His duties also include managing AT&T’s philanthropic efforts and the development of a sponsorship and contribution strategy for the company’s community engagement footprint.
Nancy Rodriguez is the CEO of M&S Media, Inc. since 2015. Nancy together with a phenomenal team has scaled up the Beonair Network of Media Schools by growing leaders through core values and purpose-driven strategies. For over 30 years Nancy has served on the board of several education industry associations including being the President of the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges from 2016 to 2019. Currently, she is part of the Legislative Committee for Career Education Colleges and Universities. Nancy is the proud mother of the founders of BLUE Missions and is a committed board member and supporter since 2009.
